Additional Infomation About Product

The NTE2991 is an N-channel metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) manufactured by NTE with a 55V drain-source voltage rating and a 110A continuous drain current rating. It features an enhanced distance between case AND tab for the ClipMount packages, enhanced output capacitance, and increased avalanche energy characteristics. This MOSFET is packaged in a three-pin dual in-line package (DIP) with a plastic envelope. It has a TO220 package to allow for screw mounting of heat sinks. Its maximum power dissipation is 220W.
