ElectronicsThe NTE74LS173A with INTEGRATED CIRCUIT LOW POW manufactured by NTE Electronics is a low power integrated circuit logic level shifter composed of four independent, non-inverting Schmitt-triggered input, Bidirectional Buffer gates with separate output enable inputs. It is suitable for applications where the voltage level of logic signals needs to be shifted DC and AC characteristics. It is made using high-speed, low-power CMOS technology and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It is housed in a 14-pin DIP package and readily available from NTE.
