ESD Product Specification PE42451 SP5T Absorptive UltraCMOS High-Isolation RF Switch Product Description 450-5000 MHz, Vss option EXT The PE42451 is a HaRP-enhanced sbsorptive SP5T RF wwitch developed on the UltraCMOS process Features technology. This general purpose switch is comprised of HaRP-enhanced UltraCMOS device five symmetric RF ports and has very high isolation. An on-chip CMOS decode logic facilitates a three-pin low Five symmetric, absorptive RF ports voltage CMOS control interface and an optional external High Isolation: Vss feature (Vss ). High ESD tolerance and no EXT 68 dB at 450 MHz blocking capacitor requirements make this the ultimate in 62 dB at 900 MHz integration and ruggedness. 55 dB at 2100 MHz pSemis HaRP technology enhancements deliver high 53 dB at 2600 MHz linearity and exceptional harmonics performance.
