EClamp2357NQ EMIClamp EMI Filter and ESD Protection For SD Card Interfaces PROTECTION PRODUCTS Description Features The EClamp 2357NQ is a low pass filter array with EMI/RFI filter with integrated ESD protection integrated TVS diodes. It is designed to suppress ESD protection to IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) Level 4, 20kV (air), 12kV (contact) unwanted EMI/RFI signals and provide electrostatic Filter performance: >30dB attenuation at 1.8GHz discharge (ESD) protection in portable electronic TVS working voltage: 2.5V equipment. They have been optimized for protection of Resistor: 100 +/ 15% touch screen displays, secure digital (SD) card interfaces, Capacitance: 10pF typ. (V = 0V for non filter pins) R and color LCD panels in cellular phones and other EMI & ESD protection for six lines portable electronics. Dedicated ESD protection for four lines Solid-state technology AEC-Q100 Grade 1 Qualified The device consists of six filter circuits comprised of TVS diodes for ESD protection, and a resistor capacitor Mechanical Characteristics network for EMI/RFI filtering. A series resistor value of 100 and a component capacitance value of 10pF are SLP3030P16 package used to achieve 20dB minimum attenuation from 1.0GHz Pb-Free, Halogen Free, RoHS/WEEE compliant Nominal Dimensions: 3.0 x 3.0 x 0.6 mm to 3GHz.
