The STH170N8F7-2 is a power MOSFET developed by STMicroelectronics. The device is rated for a maximum drain-source voltage of 400 V and a maximum current rating of 170 A. It is designed to be used in automotive applications, such as motor control systems, battery-powered vehicle systems, and other power converters. The MOSFET has an ultra-low on-resistance of 7.2 mO and is capable of handling up to 15V gate-source voltage.
