The CD4013BPWRG4 is a dual D-type flip flop, which is a type of digital logic device used to store two binary bits, or 0s and 1s, of data. It is a wide-body package, part of the 4000 CMOS family produced by Texas Instruments, and is rated to operate at supply voltages of 3V up to 15V. It features two clock inputs, two data inputs, two outputs and a common reset that can be used to override any input data. The outputs of the flip flop are output directly, and can be configured to provide data at the positive edge of the clock (rising edge trigger), the negative edge of the clock (falling edge trigger), or at both the rising and falling edges of the clock (level-sensitive).
