The CD74HC173E with Flip Flops Quad HS CMOS is an 8-bit synchronous Edge-Triggered D-type flip-flop with separate Clock (CP) and Enhanced Data (CD) inputs. It is a high-speed CMOS version of CD4013B quadruple D-type flip-flop designed to operate from a 3.3V to 15V power supply. It features two data inputs (D0 and D1), two clock inputs (CP0 and CP1), four outputs (Q0, Q1, Q2, and Q3) and an asynchronous reset (RC) input.
