Additional Infomation About Product

The SN74HC273DW is a D-type flip-flop with eight outputs from Texas Instruments. The device is a member of the 74HC family, which uses high-speed CMOS logic. It has two data inputs (D and CP) and a clock input (CP) and is used to toggle the output based upon the input signal. It operates with power supply voltage ranging from 2V to 6V and can draw a maximum current of 8.5mA from the power source. The output can range from analogue logic levels to complement logic levels. This low-power device has a minimum setup time of 10ns and can be used for data transfer, memory storage, and address decoding. It has a high-level output current of 4mA and a low-level output current of -0.4mA.
