Additional Infomation About Product

The SN74HCT273N is a high-speed CMOS Octal D-Type Flip-Flop with 3-State Outputs manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is a part of the SN74HCT family of logic ICs, designed for use with TTL logic levels. The flip-flop can be used to store eight bits of data and it has multiple 3-state outputs that allow it to be wired to other ICs or used in bus interfacing. There are two outputs for each bit stored, an active-low Qn and an active-high /Qn. The /OE pin can be used to enable or disable all eight outputs and the clock pin accepts either rising or falling edge signal. The SN74HCT273N has an operating voltage range of 2V to 6V and low power consumption for extended battery life.
