The SIR460DP-T1-GE3 with MOSFET 30V Vds 20V Vgs PowerPAK SO-8 manufactured by Vishay is a PowerPAK SO-8 single Power MOSFET that features 30 V Drain-Source Voltage, 20 V Gate-Source Voltage, an RDS(on) Max of 46 mOhm, and 6.5 A Continuous Drain Current. The device is optimized for the automotive application, is AEC-Q101 qualified, and has an operating temperature range from -55°C to 150°C. It is constructed using the TrenchFET technology for superior ruggedness, low On-resistance, and fast switching speed.
