The BAP70-03 is a specialized bidirectional (BAP) power switch from NXP. It is designed for high-side, low-side, or dual-battery applications. The device operates with an input voltage range of 4V to 24V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It provides high current capability up to 10A with MOSFETs in a very small E-Line package size of 4mm x 5mm. The device is optimized with two power domains (high-side/low-side) to maximize efficiency and minimize the number of external components.
