BF545B.215 is a variant of the NXP BF545 Blackfin® family of 16-bit processors. It is a low power, low cost, low-to-medium performance device that is optimized for embedded multimedia applications. It has a 200 MHz core clock frequency, 128 KB of on-chip Flash memory, 32 KB of on-chip SRAM, and five peripheral interfaces. It also features multiple DMA channels, DSP debug capabilities, multiple power modes, and advanced low-power technologies.
