The ON Semiconductor FQPF9N25C is an advanced 250V N-Channel MOSFET that features low on-resistance, low gate charge, and a low operating and peak output capacitance. This part has a 250V Umax voltage rating and 9A ID @ 25°C continuous power rating. The part uses a Kelvin source–drain current sensing scheme, allowing for accurate and reliable current monitoring. This MOSFET is ideal for applications requiring low operating voltage, as well as ultra-low-power switching. It is available in a D2PAK package and is RoHS compliant.
