The ON Semiconductor J310G is a N-channel junction field-effect transistor (JFET) that is designed for general-purpose switching and amplifier applications. It is made up of silicon gate with gold metal gate and comes in the TO-92 package. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of 30V, gate-source voltage of -8V to +8V, and drain current of 2.5A. It can be used as a low-noise amplifier, high-voltage switching device, or as a high-gain linear device. The device is also RoHS compliant and has an Operating Temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
