The STPS80H100CY is a Schottky diode and rectifier device manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It has two diodes in in one package and a high blocking voltage of up to 100V. Each diode also provides a high current rating of up to 40A which makes it suitable for various applications such as high frequency switching power supplies, mobile phone chargers, solar converters, and automotive power systems. It also features very low reverse recovery time and a low forward voltage drop, making it energy efficient and reliable.
