Additional Infomation About Product

NDT452AP is a high-voltage N-channel vertical DMOS FET, manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This FET can be used in various power control and fluid flow applications. It has high cell density and is highly reliable. The device has an excellent RDS(on) which helps to minimize power loss. It also has excellent dv/dt capability, low threshold voltage and low gate charge which helps to increase switching speed. This FET operates at a V(DS) of 500 V and has a maximum drain current of 30 A. It is available in the TO-252-3 (D-PAK) package.
