The SI4488DY-T1-E3 is a low-power, sub-GHz radio transceiver developed by Vishay. It is compliant with the EN 300 220 and EN 301 489 standards, and it is easily integrated into a wide range of wireless solutions. The transceiver operates in the 433 MHz, 868 MHz or 915 MHz ISM (Industry, Science and Medical) bands and offers up to +20.5 dBm output power, 20 dBm sensitivity, 125 dB total link budget and a low current consumption of up to 10.4 mA for RX and 15.4 mA for TX. The SI4488DY-T1-E3 supports both FSK and OOK modulation, up to 256 frequency channels, variable packet processing, low-power modes and AES-128 encryption for secure radio communication. The package size is 6 x 6 mm and the operating temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C.
